We are currently by appointment only. We do sometimes have last minute cancellations, so please call us to check same day availability!

CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING

We understand that scheduling adjustments are sometimes necessary; however, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests. Any appointment cancelled or rescheduled without 48 hours notice will result in a charge equal to 100% of the reserved service amount. Our policy reserves the right to require a major credit card or debit card for scheduling of all appointments.

In the event we call to cancel or reschedule your appointment without a 24 hour notice, we hold ourselves accountable as well. You the client will receive 50% off the value of your booked services at your next scheduled salon visit.

“NO-SHOWS”

Non-cancellations or “NO-SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the original service booked on the day of your missed appointment. In the event you miss three consecutive appointments without contacting the salon, you will be unable to schedule future appointments.

15 MINUTE POLICY

The salon and stylists cannot guarantee services to clients who arrive 15 minutes after their scheduled appointment time. You may be asked to reschedule your appointment at that time.

APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATIONS

As a courtesy, we make every effort to notify you of your appointment date and time. If we have your email on file, You will receive an email confirmation of your appointment. We confirm via text message and/or email 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. However, it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times and inform us if your contact information has changed.
